Sewer Repair Video

The pipe relining process starts with a felt-tube custom cut to the needed length, and then impregnated with epoxy resins. The tube is then inserted into the existing, damaged pipe with an air inversion machine. Next, a long bladder is inserted into the felt tube to hold it firmly against the damaged "host pipe." The resin impregnated tube "cures" in approximately three hours and becomes a smooth, hard, root-proof pipe that will last for many years. Our professional methods leave your property looking in pre-job condition, if not better. With more than 1,000 trenchless projects, Ace Pelizon continues to be the leader in trenchless pipe replacement.

Benefits of Pipe Relining:
  * Permanent, root-proof repair
  * Repairs cracks, root infiltrated pipes, leaking joints, breaks, etc.
  * Pipe relining can eliminate expensive excavation of streets, sidewalks, parkway trees, etc.
  * Limited lifetime warranty
  * Plumbing code approved
  * Little or no excavating
  * No damaged to your driveway, landscaping, or trees
  * Fast! Our work is usually completed in one day
  * Costs a fraction of traditional "dig it up" methods

 Trenchless Pipe Replacement:

trenchless_pipe_repair_head

Until recently sewer and pipe replacement meant major excavations and removal of lawns, trees, concrete surfaces, parking lots, and other landscaping items. The Pipe pull method can greatly reduce costs, business disruptions and the need for equipment removal in retail areas.

How do we do it?
We replace sewer and drain line using our patented Pipe Pull method of trenchless Pipe Replacement. The Pipe Pull technique does not require any major excavating or the disruptive damage of old fashioned "dig it up" methods.
The Pipe Pull method avoids the expensive replacement costs of landscaping, driveway and parking lot surfaces, not to mention interruptions to your business or other operations that can make even a small project become an expensive nightmare.

How does it work?
The Pipe Pull method uses the existing damaged sewer line as a conduit and guide for the new pipe. A cone shaped, path clearing installation head with the new pipe attached is inserted through the old pipe. As the installation head passes through the existing pipe, it actually pulls in a full size replacement pipe.
After installation of the new pipe is complete, it is simply connected to the existing system. This code approved pipe is a completely root proof, leak proof, chemical and acid resistant pipe with a 100 year design life. Don't settle for the high cost, damage, and disruption of outdated sewer and drain pipe replacement techniques.

  Hydro-jetting:

hydrojetting

Upon arrival at the job site, the hydrojetter's onboard water tank is filled with water, after the jetter hose with an appropriate cleaning nozzle is attached to the house and introduced into the sewer/storm drain via a clean out access, manhole, or other appropriate access point. The hydrojettter is started and the cleaning hose is propelled down the pipeline with up to 4000 psi of cleaning force. After reaching the downstream end of the piping system, the hose is pulled back (retracted), scouring and flushing the internal pipe surfaces clean and free of grease, sludge, or other accumulations.

Benefits of hydrojetting:
  * Great cleanout for grease, sludge, sand, dirt, and concrete for 2-12 inch lines
  * Specialized cutters are available for cleaning large roots
  * Can clean longer sections of pipe when compared to cable machines
  * Off-hour scheduling available to prevent disruptions to business operations
  * Video verification available at no extra charge
  * 24/7 emergency response
  * Preventative maintenance contracts available
