I live in mobile home the plumber said the company doesn’t have experience working on mobile home they should of never expected the job

Mike did all asked to do. Husband not happy with what office advised. Husband is knowledgeable on plumbing issues but he is unable to do things since his stroke. Had to pay house call only.

Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a backed up bathroom sink. Upon arrival found sink holding water and not draining properly. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will remove p-trap to gain access to waste line. Will run 1/2 in x 60 ft cable to attempt to clear blockage. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found a soft stoppage at approximately 5 feet into the drain line. Ran multiple passes to ensure drain was clear. Reconnected trap and tested drain by running the sink. Drain functioning properly.Warranty 30 days. Warranty only valid with follow up camera inspection at time of warranty call.
Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a leak underneath the kitchen sink and on a flapper replacement.Ace Pelizon Plumbing found that leak underneath kitchen sink was due to a loose nut connecting to the garbage disposal. Also found flapper not shutting properly due to age and corrosion. Ace Pelizon Plumbing tightened nut and checked for leaks and proper function. Kitchen sink functioning properly no leaks. Ace Pelizon Plumbing also replaced flapper and tested for proper functions. Toilet functioning properly.
Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a leak coming from the feed for the kitchen. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found water coming up from underneath bricks. This feed comes up and feeds only the kitchen. They have a separate feed for home. The line is 1†copper that then tee’s and transitions to galvanized and goes into the kitchen. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will have to remove bricks and hope that there is enough space to work. Then excavate area and try to locate leak. Once the leak is located we will cut and remove pipe that is leaking and replace with new 1 inch copper all the way up to the house. Once the line is replaced we will turn the water back on and test for proper functions. We will backfill lay the bricks back in place and clean up our area of work. Ace Pelizon Plumbing completed work as in proposal. Home owner had us break bricks necessary to work. Bricks are not our responsibility, she said she will replace them once dirt settles in.

Ace Pelizon Plumbing will shut off water to toilet. Will drain toilet tank & prep for installation of necessary parts to make a minor repair to the toilet. Will supply & install new pro-series fill-valve, flapper and handle as needed to correct problem and warranty for minimum of 6 months. Will restore water to tank, test & adjust for proper function.

Ace Pelizon Plumbing ran 3/8 cable approximately 40 feet out. We ran the cable two times and on the second go we were able to clear stoppage. Ran water for over 10 minutes and tested for proper functions. Kitchen sink working properly.

Ace Pelizon Plumbing cleared line at approximately 10 feet. Tested for proper functions. Kitchen sink draining properly.
Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a mainline stoppage. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found that customer has 2 restrooms. The restroom on the right side of the house is not affected but the one on the left is. Shower and toilet backed up. No clean out to clear main line stoppage or branch main line stoppage. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will pull the toilet for access to run the cable to clear the blockage. After the stoppage is cleared Ace Pelizon Plumbing reset the toilet with new bolts and wax gasket. No warranty on the stoppage clearing. This is not the preferred way to clear the line. A proper clean out should be installed. Also recommend camera inspection to determine the cause of the stoppage.
Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on replacing a angle stop and supply line for a toilet. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found angle stop leaking and not closing properly. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will shut off water to home & completely drain home water system. Will remove existing supply line angle-stop valve. Will supply & install new stainless steel supply and quarter-turn pro-series valve, reconnect to fixture, restore water to home & inspect entire plumbing system for proper function. 1 year protection warranty. Customer would like us to install new 3/4 ball valve infront of home. There is currently a gate valve that is stuck in the open position. Customer wants us to leave the gate valve where it is and install a new 3/4 shut off valve further down the line where it comes up into the house. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will shutoff water to home at meter. Will completely drain entire plumbing system. Will prep manifold for installation of new 3/4 inch shutoff ball valve. Will install new
Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a toilet making a gurgling sound. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found that the bidet next to the toilet makes the gurgling sound when the toilet is being flushed and not the actual toilet. We believe there is a small stoppage in the mainline towards the master bathroom. Recommend running mainline cable through clean out located behind master bathroom. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will run 5/8 in x 100 ft cable through accessible cleanout to attempt to clear blockage. Will run cable up to three times to attempt to clear line.Ace Pelizon Plumbing found small stoppage on the santee that came after the toilet connection. Ace Pelizon Plumbing was able to push through and clear soft stoppage. Toilet is functioning properly and there is no more gurgling sounds.

Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on multiple issues.Ace Pelizon Plumbing found that the angle stop needed to be replaced and so did the 1†gate valve in the front due to being frozen. Ace Pelizon Plumbing informed customer that we could attempt to remove gate valve but the line could possibly break. He’s not interested at this time. We also noticed that we couldn’t shut off water at the meter due to a old gate valve. Customer will have to call the city out in order to shut off water to home so we can do repairs.

Ace Pelizon Plumbing found that one toilet is ready to install and the other the customer just wants us to take a look at it and make sure it was installed properly. No warranty.

Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on 2 toilets constantly running. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found that on the first toilet near the entrance has a fill valve that needs replacement. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found that on the 2nd toilet in master bedroom works just fine. Will recommend flapper and new handle for 2nd toilet. Ace Pelizon Plumbing plumbing will shut off water to toilet number 1. Remove and dispose of old fill valve. Prep area and install new fill valve. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will also replace flapper and handle for toilet number 2. Will test for leaks and proper functions.
Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a water heater.Ace Pelizon Plumbing found water heater very old and no longer working. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will drain and disconnect old water heater. Prepare area for installation of new water heater. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will install new 50 gallon water heater that comes with a 6 year water heater tank warranty by manufacturer, 1 year part and labor warranty. All new hook up material, including new water supply lines, gas valve, gas flex and gas drip leg and earthquake restraint braces. Test for leaks and proper functions.

(Had for 15 years) Ace Pelizon Plumbing will remove & dispose of existing garbage disposal unit. Will prep area for installation of new unit. Will supply and install new Insinkerator pro-series Badger XP 3/4 horse-power garbage disposal unit. Will install new disposal strainer, new electrical, reconnect to existing waste line, test & adjust for proper function. 1 year protection warranty.

Upon arrival found copper 90 leaking. Will cut and replace small section of fittings and pipe. Will test for leaks and proper functions.

While trying to remove toilet the base cracked with minimal force. Will replace toilet and test for proper function.
Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a garbage disposal not working and on a shower head w no pressure. Upon arrival found garbage disposal jammed and not working. Also found shower head clogged w debris and leaking. Recommended replacing garbage disposal to which he declined work. He did want us to go ahead and replace the shower head. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will disassemble and remove existing shower head. Will supply and install new hand held shower head and hose assemble. Test for leaks and adjust for proper operation. 6 month warranty.
