I went to fix a leak under our kitchen sink; I took one look at the "custom" pipe work that the previous owners had left and I decided I better call a professional before I have water spilling all over the kitchen floor and one angry wife. So I called the folks over at Ace Pelizon Plumbing and they sent a rep right out. The plumber (Gary) showed up, he took a quick look and agreed it was a strange setup. Gary went right to work and in about an hour he had a new set of pipes in place. The best part was that I would now have easy access to the trap and to the disposal. He didn't have to re-work the pipes, but he did so I'll be able to work on them in the future. He easily could have left them they way they were, to me that's an honest professional with integrity. It just makes sense to call Ace Pelizon Plumbing if you want it done right.

Toilet flushing slowly. Tech recommended clearing sewer/drain. But this offered solution did not help. Toilet is still flushing slowly. Tech then said I need a new toilet. I said no as I paid so much already for clearing the sewer/drain which did not help. Tech was also messy. I had to get my bathroom thoroughly cleaned.

I called to have my water softener serviced. Their online advertising stated they did, but the tech they sent was said they don’t that type of work. Other than make the piping for installation. The tech was courteous and honest he could not do the service. My point in all this is, Don’t advertise something that you do not do, its a waste of your time and the customer.

They came and were Amazing! We had a pipe leak from our water heater and thus a rusted gas pipe. They quickly and cleanly made the repairs. Left no sign that they were even there. Both technicians were amazing at helping us navigate our their portion of the repair so we could quickly and easily submit our claim to home owners.
